Step 1 Please use the following steps to clear the cache and delete cookies:
1. Launch Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE) 2. Click on the Tools option on the menu bar 3. Select Internet Options from the drop-down menu to open the Internet Options window 4. Under the General tab, select the Delete Files from the Temporary Internet files section 5. In the Delete Files window, click on Delete All Offline Content. Then click OK 6. Click the Settings button, and then click the View Files button. Select all the files in the window and delete them. After the deletion, close the window and click the OK button to close the settings section. 7. In the Internet Options window, click the Clear History button. Click the Yes button to delete the contents of the History folder. 8. Finally, click OK at the bottom of the window.
Step 2. To customize your privacy settings for cookie handling: 1. On the Tools menu, click Internet Options, and then click the Privacy tab. 2. Click Advanced. 3. Click the Override Automatic Cookie Handling, and then, for first-party and third party cookies, click Accept. Then click OK to exit.
